Shipping policy

Packages are normally dispatched from Hey Ricochet within 3-7 business days via USPS. This may be longer during times of exceptionally high order volume. 

Please note that orders that contain pre-order items will not ship until all products in the order are in stock.

Once an item has been packaged and dropped off to the shipping courier, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost packages. If you have issues once your item has shipped, please contact the appropriate courier.

If your package’s tracking status is delivered and you claim to have not received it, you must file a claim with the appropriate courier who was responsible for the final delivery. It is always helpful to double check the address you put in at checkout, check with your postal carrier and neighbors, or wait 24-48 hours to see if delivery status will update.
