If you’re looking to return or exchange your clips for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. You can return your unused product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If required, return shipping to Hey Ricochet is the responsibility of the buyer.
Policy Exceptions & Rules
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@heyricochet.com within 30 days of delivery. If you purchased free returns through Checkout Plus, please initiate your return HERE
Our team will review your request and provide you with the necessary return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, eligible customers have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@heyricochet.com and let us know that you would like to withdraw from your purchase. Our team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, including those set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
