Packages are normally dispatched from Hey Ricochet within 3-7 business days via USPS. This may be longer during times of exceptionally high order volume.
Please note that orders that contain pre-order items will not ship until all products in the order are in stock.
Once an item has been packaged and dropped off to the shipping courier, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost packages. If you have issues once your item has shipped, please contact the appropriate courier.
If your package’s tracking status is delivered and you claim to have not received it, you must file a claim with the appropriate courier who was responsible for the final delivery. It is always helpful to double check the address you put in at checkout, check with your postal carrier and neighbors, or wait 24-48 hours to see if delivery status will update. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and usually delivered within 3-5 business days after processing time. This is dependent on USPS traffic, weather, local delays, holidays, and other potential delays.
International orders can be more variable and shipping time is dependent on selected carrier (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) and shipping service.
You can always check the current status of your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to combine multiple orders due to high shipping volume.

Pre-orders are dispatched in a timeline dependent on the item description when the item is ordered, generally ranging from 1 to 3 months after the order is placed. You can find order expectations for current pre-orders below.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal as check out.
When do I apply a discount code?

All discount codes should be applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not able to apply discounts retroactively.
To receive a bundle discount, ensure the products are selected using the Bundle builder at the time you add them to your cart. Bundle discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your clips for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. You can return your unused product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If required, return shipping to Hey Ricochet is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

We can cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed and process a refund to your original form of payment. After 24 hours, cancellations will be processed as store credit.
If your order has already been processed and shipped during this timeframe, you will have to wait until the package arrives to do a return.
To make changes to an order, please email info@heyricochet.com and we will try to assist on a case by case basis.

Yes, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase where you can return your unused product for a different product. Please note that return shipping to Hey Ricochet is the responsibility of the buyer. Any difference in the cost of products will be invoiced or refunded as appropriate.

We offer a 90 day warranty period for clips purchased directly from Hey Ricochet. If your clip breaks due to defective construction or materials, please email info@heyricochet.com with a picture that clearly shows the damage and we will either repair the item or replace it.
Please note that under the above warranty policy, return shipping to Hey Ricochet is the responsibility of the buyer, and shipping of the repaired or replaced item is covered by Hey Ricochet.
